Mike Ostroski is an actor, writer, director, and producer.
Mike recently shot recurring roles on Apple's The Mosquito Coast and The Morning Show, Amazon Prime’s Bosch: Legacy, as well as wrapping on the Netflix feature film, Blonde with Ana de Armas.
Mike has appeared in numerous episodic series including Breaking Bad, Euphoria, The Righteous Gemstones, Maggie, The Goldbergs, Criminal Minds, How To Get Away With Murder, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Fuller House, The Middle, The Muppets, both Henry Danger and Danger Force, as well as shooting the Bold Films feature, Shot Caller, with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Lifetime’s New York Prison Break with Penelope Ann Miller.
Mike has performed in over 75 productions as a 12-year member of The Barter Theatre’s Resident Acting Company, in roles such as Jamie Wellerstein (The Last Five Years), Sam Peliczowski (Fully Committed), Bottom (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Gaston (Beauty and the Beast), Ty Saybrook (Revolutions by Richard Alfieri, world premiere), and Lennie in The Barter’s national tour of Of Mice and Men. After performing Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol and Taming of the Shrew with the award-winning Duke City Repertory Theatre, Mike premiered In/Visible Theatre’s Bumbershoot at The New York International Fringe Festival, and performed the role of Robert Novum Smith in the new comedy The Book Club Play by Karen Zacarias at both The Public Theatre of Maine and The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park.
Mike has been performing his award-winning solo show, Groundwork, co-written by Derek Davidson, since 2013.
Mike attended The University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM) for musical theatre, Miami University (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa) for creative writing, and abroad at both Cambridge University and London’s Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Kate Cook, and two miraculous daughters.
